How to Use an Offer

The offers at Start Up Bristol are based around a voucher scheme. In order to use an offer with a third party supplier you will need to;

  • Print the voucher and page information directly from the Start Up Bristol website
  • Present the voucher to the supplier or express verbally your intention to use the voucher BEFORE ordering the goods and/or services in question. This prevents confusion at the point of billing for services. Suppliers are not obliged to honour discount vouchers if presented after the point of billing
  • If requested by the supplier, provide supporting evidence that your business is a 'start up' or a new business. In each case the decision of whether your business is considered a 'start up' lies solely with the supplier
  • Adhere to the Terms and Conditions set out by the supplier. If in doubt, discuss the supplier's Terms and Conditions with them before ordering the goods and/or services in question.

Responsibilities of Start Up Bristol

Although every effort is made to source only the best quality suppliers for the website offers, Start Up Bristol accepts no responsibility for the quality of any good or services provided or any damages caused by a supplier.

The contract for the supply of goods and/or services with a supplier featured on the website is solely between the customer and the supplier. Start Up Bristol cannot accept responsibility for contract disputes, non-payment of invoices or non-provision of goods and/or services even if a voucher is used.

Withdrawal or Change of Offers

All suppliers represented on the Start Up Bristol website are given the option of withdrawing or changing offers without notice or prejudice. Although every effort is made to ensure that offers at Start Up Bristol are up-to-date and accurate, in some circumstances, there may be inaccurate offer information on the website. Please check with suppliers that offers are still valid BEFORE making a purchase.

Start Up Bristol will not be held responsible or offer any form of compensation payment if an offer is withdrawn by a supplier whilst the voucher still exists on the website.

Value of Offers and Vouchers

Vouchers on the Start Up Bristol website, whether printed or electronic, have an actual value of £0.00p and are only redeemable against goods or services purchased from the supplier indicated.
